Our home inspector, Bryan Peaslee, began learning about construction and the overall building industry at the age of 12. His grandfather started the family business back in 1947, and Bryan became a part owner at the age of 25. He was the head supervisor of his first home build in 2010 and subsequently built his own home. When he’s not inspecting homes for buyers in the Lake Region, he’s overseeing many construction projects and working with subcontractors. Bryan loves being able to use all this accumulated knowledge to help educate buyers before their big purchase.

Carbon Monoxide Detector – Carbon monoxide poisoning sickens 20,000 Americans annually. Tragically, about 400 of them will die from excessive carbon monoxide exposure. We check for the presence of this toxic substance to help protect you and your family.

Bryan Loves the Great Outdoors
Bryan spends most of his time assisting local residents with home inspections and their construction/general contractor needs. During his downtime, though, he loves to head outside with his family for some fun and adventure! He particularly enjoys ATVing, snowmobiling, and riding anything else with a motor.
